    The Ewing Tiger speech team tied for second with Stuart in the O/C Whirlwind Invitational speech meet, Feb. 29. Creighton won the meet Kyra Nilson earned gold in serious prose.     Katie Hawk, a senior at Ewing Public Schools, recently won the school's Poetry Out Loud competition. Ewing Public Schools participates in the program annually. Students memorize two poems and recite them.
