    Area residents will have two opportunities to donate blood. On Tuesday, July 23, donate blood in memory of Rita Shabram at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall. Donations may be made between 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Shabram, who died unexpectedly in April, helped organize blood drives by lining up donors and volunteering at the local blood drive.
