A California woman and a Massachusetts woman, who had been traveling across the United States together, were sentenced to time served when they faced the Honorable Donna Taylor in the Antelope County courtroom in Neligh on June 7. Mandy L. Oliver, 40, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, appeared on a charge of possession of psilocybin, a Class 4 felony, while Anabel L. A celebration of life for Troy L. Miller, 57, will be held Sept. 6, from 1 to 5 p.m., at the United Methodist Church Hall in Orchard. In honor of Troy, shoes are optional. ~~~ Troy L. Miller was born March 10, 1963, to Diana J. (Classen) McCarty and Jerry L. Miller. He graduated from Buhler High School in Buhler, Kansas, in 1981.
