After more than a year of discussion about possible expansion of the Clearwater Public Library, village officials and library board members will enlist the help of Patrick Moore of Goodlife Architecture, based in Kearney, to complete conceptual drawings for the project. During the trustees’ Dec. 13 meeting, the board unanimously approved hiring Advanced Consulting Engineering Services and John Zwingman as the village’s engineering company and street superintendent for 2024.
