On Feb. 27, nine members of the Clearwater/Orchard SkillsUSA Chapter attended the middle school conference, in Grand Island, along with two of their sponsors, Amy Selting and Carrie Williamson. Students competed in a variety of events, including team engineering, metric 500, applied math, job skill demonstration and prepared speech. Six Clearwater students earned all A's during the first quarter of the 2019-20 school year.
