    Resignation letters from two Clearwater elementary teachers were read during the Clearwater Public School Board of Education March 3 meeting. Lila Wondercheck, fourth grade teacher, and Jamie Turpin, fifth grade instructor, submitted their resignations, effective at the end of the current school year.     Six members of the Orchard original and advisory boards of education, meeting jointly at the high school last Tuesday evening, heard that five compressors in the Trane HVAC system had failed the previous month. A timeline for replacement was not available.
