The Honorable Mark Kozisek revoked probation ordered in April 2023 and, on Monday, Jan. 8, resentenced Shawn D. Crist on a Class 4 felony conviction of possession of methamphetamine. Burdick fined Fonseca $500, revoked his driver’s license for 60 days and placed him on probation for six months. The probation order includes fees totaling $210 and he was ordered to pay $105 costs.
