    Holt County Sheriff's Office personnel responded to a two-vehicle collision, north of Atkinson, on Nov. 15. At approximately 4 a.m., a 2013 Freightliner, driven by Derek Hollenbeck, was northbound on Highway 11. As he approached 881 Road and attempted to turn westbound onto 881 Road, he hit the front end of a trailer on a 2013 Volvo semitruck, driven by Danaila Mugurel.     County leadership will see only one change following the Nov. 5 General Election. Don Linquist Jr. will be the new District 4 supervisor in Holt County. He defeated incumbent Scott Keyes in the May primary. In the General Election, Linquist received 82.27% - or 719 - votes. Four write-in votes were recorded.
