Two new members will join the Summerland Public School Board of Education in January. Chelsi McLain was the top write-in candidate, receiving 154 votes in Antelope County; 140, Holt County; three in Knox County and seven in Wheeler County. At approximately 4 a.m., a 2013 Freightliner, driven by Derek Hollenbeck, was northbound on Highway 11.
