    The Holt County supervisors met Monday, Dec. 16, in front of a crowd of concerned citizens. Agenda items regarding a TC Energy road-haul agreement and some township road concerns drew the visitors.     Wheeler County native and world-renowned artist, Herb Mignery, will be at the sculpture garden at the Wheeler County Courthouse in Bartlett, Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 to visit with guests about his work and how his love of art has shaped both his life and career.
