    Summerland staff members met Aug. 16 and 17 for in-service training at the Orchard site. Joining the Bobcat staff are : Mark Hobbs, Kyle Finke, Alexa Knievel, Abbey Schwindt; Jacob Goldfuss, Krista Holliday, Carrie Kucera, Kaylee McKay, Hailey Rotherham, Denise Napier and Greg Ramold. Students in grades nine through 12 will assist teachers next Monday and Tuesday as they move equipment and supplies to the new site.     The Fourth of July is only a few days away and one Ewing business is prepared to ignite everyone's passion for all things pyrotechnic. RTS Fireworks, located at Rotherham Tire Service, at 201 E. Nebraska Street, in Ewing, opened June 24 and is on pace to have a banner year. Owner Eddie Rotherham said he has operated the stand for nine years. His daughter, Hailey, assists.     Three Ewing Public Schools musicians spent a month traveling Europe, as part of the Nebraska Ambassadors of Music program. Allison Schrunk, Hailey Rotherham and Emily Kurpgweit, accompanied by Ann Kurpgeweit, tourned seven countries and performed in various venues across Europe. Emily Kurpgeweit said the Ambassadors of Music program has existed for 40 years. "They work with 35 different states organizing trips to Europe," she said. Trips alternate throughout summer months.
