    Memorial services for Delbert “Sonny” Carl Jr., 79, of Ewing, were held Thursday, Aug. 1, at 10:30 a.m., at the United Methodist Presbyterian Church in Ewing, with Pastor Larena officiating. Visitation was Wednesday, July 31 from 5 -7 p.m. at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater. Burial will be Ewing City Cemetery, with military rites conducted by Sanders American Legion Post #214 and Legion Riders. Sonny died July 27 at Faith Regional Hospital in Norfolk.
