The Clearwater Chamber of Commerce will continue to develop plans for a proposed building at the organization’s rodeo grounds. One year after area schools featured virtual and socially-distanced graduation ceremonies, Summerland School superintendent Dale Martin said 2021 commencement exercises will not have restrictions.
