Don Ruroede and Yvonne and the late Clete Thramer were presented with the honor by village chairman, James Ramold, during Ewing's Funfest parade.     The "best" weekend in June kicks off Friday, June 24, as Clearwater's Big Rodeo returns for its 55th annual run.
