Douglas D. Carpenter, 43, of Neligh faced the Honorable Michael Long in the Antelope County courtroom Tuesday, Sept. 3, for a bond hearing. He was arrested early Sept. 1 by Neligh Police Chief Michael Wright, on counts alleged Aug. 31.
