After more than a year of discussion about possible expansion of the Clearwater Public Library, village officials and library board members will enlist the help of Patrick Moore of Goodlife Architecture, based in Kearney, to complete conceptual drawings for the project. Clearwater's Planning Commission will meet March 4 to make a recommendation about a building permit application for a local daycare. Following discussion at the Feb. 12 village meeting, trustees made the decision to send the permit application to the commission.
