    The Royal Fire Department's 38th annual Ice Fishing Tournament will be Sunday, Feb. 28, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the north end of Grove Lake. Participants will be able to sign up that day or at the Calcutta, scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 27, at 7 p.m., at the Royal Gym. Entry fee is $30 per team. Food and refreshments will be served.
