    A Summerland school van, reported missing around midnight, June 29, was located on the edge of Orchard, Tuesday morning. Antelope County Sheriff Bob Moore said his office received a call from Summerland football coach, Jeff Shabram, that school van number six was missing from the Orchard school site. Superintendent Dale Martin said the vehicle is a 2000 Ford van. According to Moore, Shabram parked the van near the school around noon on Monday.     Bobcat football will face a challenging schedule during its inaugural season, according to football coach Jeff Shabram.     Orchard school board members took no official action, other than consent agenda items when they met in the high school business room Wednesday, Feb. 4. Orchard principal Cathy Cooper told board members negotiations with the teachers’ association had been completed, with the 2020-2021 base salary for Summerland teachers set at $35,000.     The Orchard Public School Advisory Board of Education faced a short agenda when they met last Wednesday at the high school. Board members heard from Principal Cathy Cooper that enrollment numbers used for football classification, as of last Wednesday, sat at 47, the maximum allowed for eight-man participation, in order to qualify for state playoffs.
