That describes the Summerland high school cross country teams' results from the first-ever Greater Nebraska Athletic Conference meet, held Oct 10 at the Plainview Country Club.     Bobcat cross country team members shared the shoe they prefer to wear when they run. Trust us, the run a lot on the daily and throughout the week. I wear Women's ASICS Gel-Venture 9 Trail running shoes. I run 12-15 miles each week.
