    Antelope Memorial Hospital will sponsor a health fair, Saturday, Feb. 29, from 7:30 to 11 a.m., at Neligh's American Legion. Discounted lab specials offered include: PSAs for men, $25; hemoglobin A1C, $15 and CBC, TSH, chemistry and lipid panels, $40.     The first baby of the new year arrived on her own time. Antelope Memorial Hospital's first baby of the new year arrived Jan. 13. Baby Lexie Rae Ellison weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces.     The Honorable Donna Taylor had a busy day in court last Wednesday, when she passed sentence on 11 individuals in the Antelope County courtroom at Neligh. Taylor sent Twila Guggenmos, 59, of Oakdale to the Antelope County Jail to serve a 10-day sentence for a conviction of reckless driving, with credit given for one day previously served.     Jesse J. White, 27, of Creighton faced the Honorable Donna Taylor last Wednesday, Oct. 16. Originally charged with a felony count of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, White was scheduled for a preliminary hearing.
