    A 27-year-old Creighton man was arrested on a felony charge after a Sept. 29 one-vehicle accident in Orchard. The Antelope County Sheriff’s Department was called to the scene, near 4th and Harrison streets, where a 2006 Silverado, registered to Travis Suhr of Creighton, had hit a tree at approximately 5:30 a.m. The reporting party told authorities two people had fled on foot.
