Brands, 27, of Glencoe and Nathaniel A Kosek, 28, of Hutchinson were each fined $500 and assessed $50 costs for possessing more than one ounce but less than one pound of marijuana.     A capital campaign to construct a youth enrichment center on the Antelope County Fairgrounds is underway. The idea hatched after the 2020 show-and-go fair, as participation numbers in poultry and rabbit exhibits skyrocketed.
