Jackson L. Anderson Jr., 51, of Omaha faced the Honorable Donna Taylor in the Antelope County courtroom in Neligh, last Wednesday, for sentencing in a 2018 case. He was fined $300 and assessed $52 costs of prosecution for possession of marijuana, less than one ounce, second offense.
