A 23-year-old Oakdale man has been charged with one Class 4 felony count of operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest, alleged July 4 in downtown Neligh, during the city’s 150th birthday/Old Mill Days celebration. Area Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition and North Central District Health Department sponsored tobacco compliance checks in Antelope, Holt, Boyd, Pierce and Knox counties through a Region 4 block grant.
