    After nearly 19 years serving as Holt County planning and zoning administrator, Mike Durre will step down. Holt County Supervisors approved his resignation, effecctive Jan. 1, during the supervisor's Nov. 30 meeting. Durre started with the planning and zoning commission on Feb. 16, 2004.
