    Reduced speed limit signs, with flashing lights, will warn traffic traveling near the new Summerland School site, to slow down. Antelope County commissioners approved a resolution to the effect during Tuesday's meeting, in Neligh.     Summerland School District will feature five new staff members in the 2021-2022 school year, including one elementary and four high school educators.     Several residents have reported stolen vehicles in the past 10 days. On Aug. 24, following contact with the Hastings Police Department, Holt County Sheriff’s Department investigated a report of a Jeep reported stolen from a rural residence in Chambers.
