    The Antelope County Fair is just around the corner. The fair starts Tuesday, July 30 and will end on Sunday, Aug. 4. The fair will be hosted at the fairgrounds on the southeast side of Neligh.     A 27-year-old Page man appeared in Holt County District Court, July 15 for numerous counts in four separate cases. District Judge Mark Kozisek sentenced Chad W. Rokahr to a total of four years probation for all charges. He was given credit for 29 days served in Holt County Jail.     As the school year approaches, so does volleyball season. This year Clearwater, Orchard, and Ewing will form the Summerland Bobcats.
