    On Saturday, April 25, North Central District Health Department reported it was made aware of a positive COVID-19 case in Antelope County. This is the second positive case in the county. NCDHD initiated contact investigations with the individual and was able to quickly determine the case is not due to community spread.     A former O’Neill resident, Leticia R. Bostick, 23, of Bastrop, Texas, was sentenced last week in the Holt County court for crimes committed in 2016. Bostick pleaded guilty in January 2017 to three misdemeanor counts but failed to appear for sentencing in March 2017. A warrant was issued by then judge of the county court Allen Brodbeck.     A third case of COVID-19 has been identified in Antelope County. North Central District Health Department, in O'Neill, was made aware of a positive COVID-19 case. The individual and their family are in quarantine. The case is due to work-related travel in Dawson County, where a high incident of confirmed cases exists and community spread is present.
