    LuAnn Schindler, Publisher|Apr 27, 2023

I’m a firm believer that it takes a village to raise a child. This week, I’m a firm believer that it takes a village to get the paper from InDesign to our printer in Iowa to your mailbox or vendor, if you aren’t a subscriber. That brings some hope to a small but fierce band of senators who don't think building is the best way out of the problem for the nation's most overcrowded prison system. The money is a big part of the budget which...

    Kelly Evans-Hullinger M.D.|Apr 27, 2023

Spring is finally here in the Northern Plains and summer feels just around the corner.
