    On Saturday, April 25, North Central District Health Department reported it was made aware of a positive COVID-19 case in Antelope County. This is the second positive case in the county. However, that current number is still 1,962% higher than before coronavirus.     Douglas D. Carpenter, 43, of Neligh, was sentenced by the Honorable Donna Taylor in Antelope County court last Wednesday, April 15, for a crime committed Aug. 31, 2019, in Neligh.
