Dow, now of Norfolk, and Holt County public defender Rod Smith, reached agreement with Holt County attorney Brent Kelly on Feb. 14 in the misdemeanor cases. The Summerland boys’ golf team tied for fourth place at its home invitational, held April 13 at Summerland Golf Course. The varisty squad shot 367 to tie Elgin Public/Pope John.
